We like to get our products to you as fast as we can and aim to process each order within 2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). 

We offer the following shipping for our products within the UK:

Royal Mail 1st Class	1-3 Business days untracked.	£6.00

 

Orders over £40.00 and above qualify for free Royal Mail 2nd class untracked.

We offer the following shipping for our products outside the UK: 

Royal Mail international standard	To European countries	£7.00
Royal Mail international standard	Worldwide outside of Europe	£9.00

 

Returns

I really hope that you like your products. However, a refund or exchange will be made available where necessary.

The products must be unused and returned to us within 14 days of receipt in the original packaging it came in. It's recommended that you obtain proof of delivery for your returned items as I cannot be held responsible for items that are delayed or go missing and fail to reach us. The cost of return postage must also be covered by you. Items just sent back without return policy being initiated will not be accepted. 

In the unlikely event that your product should be faulty we will offer a full refund and cover any postage costs incurred.
